A Tale Spanning from Edremit to Ontario
Born in the district of Edremit in Balıkesir, Moralı spent the early years of her childhood in Edremit and Antalya. At the age of six, she moved with her family to Canada and settled in Ontario. In the early years in Canada, her family faced financial hardships and at one point had to rely on food banks for support.
Began Working at a Young Age
Raised by her mother, Moralı entered the workforce at a young age while continuing her education. Working in various jobs in the retail and textile cleaning sectors, she later pursued a degree in health administration.
After studying health administration at Mohawk College, Moralı worked for about six years at McMaster Children's Hospital following her graduation. She later shifted her career to entrepreneurship, content creation, modeling, and acting.
Social Responsibility for Education
Moralı's work did not remain limited to beauty contests. Through the LEAP Global Voices initiative, she carried out projects supporting girls' access to education and personal development opportunities. It was stated that a portion of the revenue from her initiatives was allocated to the education of girls in Turkey. She also participated in volunteer work with organizations such as GlobalMedic, YWCA, United Way, and SOS Children's Villages in Canada.
Not Her First Success in Competitions
Aslıhan Moralı's adventure in beauty contests did not begin with a championship in 2026. In 2023, Moralı participated in Miss Universe Canada and finished within the top ten. Later, after winning the Miss Supranational Canada title, Moralı represented Canada in the international event and received the Miss Congeniality award in 2025.
She Reached the Top Among 35 Finalists
Between August 2 and 8, 35 finalists from various regions of Canada competed in an event held at Windsor's Chrysler Theatre. Contestants presented swimsuits, evening gowns, and interviews before the judges. On the night of August 8, Moralı, who had won the crown three years earlier, completed the competition at the top this time.
Miss Universe is next
Miss Universe Canada 2026 winner Aslıhan Moralı is now preparing for the international competition on behalf of Canada. Moralı will represent Canada in the 75th Miss Universe competition to be held in Porto Riko in Kasım 2026.
