The Alexander brothers, Oren, Alon and Tal, known in the luxury real‑estate sector in the United States, were sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexual exploitation and human‑trafficking offenses against women. Under the ruling announced in New York on 27 October 2026, each brother was also sentenced to 10 years of supervised release.

Prosecutors Demanded the Maximum Sentence

Federal prosecutors alleged that the brothers used their financial power, social circles, and influence to target women. The prosecution said the incidents spanned more than a decade and that two young girls were among the victims. While the women and prosecutors sought the harshest penalties from the court, the defense requested a minimum 15‑year prison sentence.

Victims' Statements Captured Attention in Court

During the hearing in New York, some victims recounted the lasting impact of the incidents on their lives. Emotional moments unfolded during the testimonies, and several women could not hold back tears. Among the victims, Bela Koval said that her first visit to the Hamptons turned into a nightmare. Lindsey Acree addressed the accused, Oren Alexander, and warned that the effects of what she endured would linger for a long time.

Jury Sentenced on All 10 Charges

The Alexander brothers were found guilty of all ten charges brought against them in the federal case that concluded in March 2026. The charges included conspiring to commit human trafficking and engaging in human trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion. Throughout the trial, the brothers denied the accusations.

Prosecutors Reported That at Least 70 Women Were Victims

In documents submitted to the court, prosecutors stated that at least 70 women were raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the brothers. According to the allegations, the incidents began in 2001 or 2002, when the brothers were still high‑school students. Prosecutors alleged that the brothers abused some women while they were under the influence of drugs and that in some cases photographs were taken during the assaults.

From Luxury Real Estate to the Federal Court

Oren and Alon Alexander were known for luxury home sales in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami before their arrests in December 2024. The two brothers were called “The A Team” in the industry because of their high‑profile clients and expensive real‑estate transactions. Tal Alexander, who studied law, served as a manager at the family‑owned private security company.

Defense Maintained Its Objections

During the hearing, the defense attorneys argued that the relationships between the brothers and the women were based on consent. The defense maintained that the men's inappropriate or disturbing remarks alone did not constitute a crime. Following the conviction decision, the case, with 30‑year prison sentences, entered the public discourse as one of the 'high‑profile' sexual crime files in the United States.
