American rapper Diddy rattles the prison: sentence reduction ignites
American rapper Diddy was transferred to Pennsylvania after claims of privileged living in prison. Release date announced as March 2, 2028.

The world‑famous rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was transferred from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to FCI Allenwood Low in Pennsylvania. The U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed that the 56‑year‑old Combs was sent to the new facility, but did not explain the reasoning behind the decision. The agency said it does not disclose the reasons for inmate transfers for privacy and security reasons.

Phone, Alcohol and Massage Allegations in the Spotlight
According to NBC News, during his stay at Fort Dix, Combs allegedly accessed a prohibited cell phone and alcoholic beverages, had other inmates prepare meals for him, and had them perform cleaning, laundry, and bed‑making duties. The same report also claimed that some inmates gave the famous rapper massages. NBC News based its story on statements from four people present in the same prison and on footage it reviewed.
Fight Allegation Denied, Release Date Changed
TMZ reported that Combs was injured during a fight alleged to have taken place with another inmate in prison and was taken to a hospital for treatment. However, the Federal Bureau of Prisons told the Associated Press that the fight story did not reflect reality. No definitive information has been released about the cause of Combs’ injury.
Good Mood Discount Burned
Meanwhile, it was reported that Combs' 41‑day good‑behavior reduction was cancelled due to disciplinary violations and his release date was set to March 2, 2028. Combs had been convicted in 2025 of two offenses related to interstate transportation between individuals for prostitution and was sentenced to 50 months, i.e., 4 years and 2 months in prison. He had been acquitted of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and forming a criminal organization. The exact reason for the cancellation was not explained by official authorities.
