TasteAtlas’s “World’s Best Sandwiches” list has included Turkey’s beloved flavor, Tombik Döner, in first place.
A list of the world’s best sandwiches, compiled by the renowned gastronomy platform TasteAtlas, has been revealed.
The list, created based on global user votes and reviews, features Turkish street food delicacies among its entries, with Tombik Dönertaking the top spot.
The top 10 were announced.
Tombik Döner, Vietnam’s Bánh mì heo quay and Bánh mì, Lebanon’s Shawarma, and the United States’ Maine-style Lobster Roll and Texas Brisket Sandwich, Italy’s Panino col polpo, Venezuela’s Arepa reina pepiada and Argentina’s Sandwich de lomo left behind.
TasteAtlas revealed its first top 10 ranking as follows:
