ETİ's American move: Ümran Beba becomes president
ETİ made a senior appointment in line with its growth targets in the U.S. market. With roughly 40 years of work experience, Ümran Beba began his tenure as President of the U.S. at the ETİ Global Executive Board on October 6, 2026.

Beba, who will work under ETİ Global CEO Ercan Öz, will be responsible for managing the company's operations in the United States, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth in the U.S. market.
Beba will also lead the development of the TRUBAR brand, which has joined ETİ, in the United States.
He served at PepsiCo for 25 years.
Graduating from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Boğaziçi University, Ümran Beba began his career at Colgate-Palmolive. He then held various senior positions in four different countries during his 25 years at PepsiCo.
Beba, who also served as PepsiCo's AMENA Human Resources Director and Global Diversity Director, gained significant management experience in Turkey, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Before joining ETİ, Beba worked as a Partner at the leadership consulting firm August Leadership.
