Filenin Sultanları's championship prize: 112.5 Republic gold coins per person
The National Women's Volleyball Team, which won the European championship for the second consecutive time, will award each participant in the tournament a prize worth 112.5 Republic gold coins. The Turkish Volleyball Federation will receive 500,000 euros from the CEV due to the championship.
The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) awarded 500,000 euros to champion Turkey, 250,000 euros to second-place Italy, and 150,000 euros to third-place Serbia.
According to the Youth and Sports Ministry's award regulation, the prize given to athletes in Olympic and Paralympic disciplines where Turkey finishes first in the biannual European championships is applied at 75% of the established upper limit.
Under this framework, each of the 14 national athletes who took part in the tournament at Filenin Sultanları earned the right to receive 112.5 Republic gold coins.
