It was stated that a shop employee, who knows Quast from another theft incident that occurred two days earlier, called the police on her.
It was reported that Quast accepted the charges and was recorded under a serious offense for theft. It was conveyed that she was released the following day.

However, Quast's arrest photo drew attention more for its resemblance to Jennifer Lopez than for the theft charge.

According to online records, Quast also has a criminal record for various charges, including drug possession, driving under the influence, fleeing from police, and providing false identification.
