Scary Moments in ABD: Breaking Through a Wall to Enter a 15-Year-Old Girl's House
Not through a door or window, but by breaking a wall, she entered! Details of the horror experienced in a 15-year-old girl's house in ABD have emerged.

An unthinkable attack occurred in the U.S. state of Georgia. It is alleged that 29‑year‑old Obed Reyes entered through a hole he made by breaking the wall between two apartments to reach his neighbor's house, and then attacked a 15‑year‑old girl who was inside the home. The young girl's attempt to resist and flee, and the screams of nearby residents prompting a 911 call, prevented the attack from escalating further.
He Broke the Wall Between Two Apartments
The incident took place at an apartment complex in Gainesville, Georgia.
According to the Gainesville Police Department, Reyes drilled a large hole in the drywall that separates the two units to move from the closet area of his apartment into his neighbor's home. It was reported that the suspect passed through this hole to reach a room in the neighbor's house.
The photos shared by the police also show the large hole cut into the wall between the two apartments.

There were also two children aged 5 and 7 in the house.
According to police, when the suspect entered the room, there was a 15‑year‑old girl as well as two younger relatives aged 5 and 7.
It was alleged that after capturing Reyes’s young daughter, he began to beat her, punched her repeatedly, and threatened sexual assault.
The young girl, however, resisted the attacker and managed to leave the house. But the incident did not end there.
While Dragging Her by the Hair, Her Screams Were Heard.
According to the claim, Reyes continued to drag the fleeing young girl by her hair into the apartment’s common corridor. Those nearby who heard the girl's screams immediately called 911.
When police units arrived at the scene just before 10:00 PM, they found the attack still ongoing. Officers removed the suspect from the young girl and took him into custody.
Officials noted that the quick call to police by nearby residents may have prevented the attack from resulting in more severe consequences.
Facing a Flood of Charges
The 29‑year‑old Obed Reyes was charged with unlawful entry into a home, aggravated assault, attempted rape, kidnapping, and abuse of two separate children.
The suspect was also reported to face a charge related to immigration. However, details about Reyes’s immigration status were not released to the public.
According to court records, Reyes is being held in Hall County Jail without bail.

Police Chief Thanks Witnesses
Gainesville Police Chief Jay Parrish underscored the importance of the rapid response of those who called 911 after hearing the young girl's cries for help during the incident.
Parrish said that, thanks to the public's vigilance, police units arrived at the scene in a timely manner, and that officers had moved a suspect who was assaulting away from the street.
The police chief also noted that the 15‑year‑old victim would face a long recovery process, urging the community to support the young girl and her family.
