Tourist bus overturned in Switzerland: 5 dead, 40 injured
In the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland, a bus carrying Dutch tourists overturned. Five people lost their lives in the accident, and 40 were injured. The identities of the deceased have not yet been determined.
The accident occurred in the Susch region, which belongs to the canton of Graubünden in eastern Switzerland.
The tour bus carrying tourists from the Netherlands veered off the road and overturned in an area where construction work was underway. A large number of medical and rescue teams were dispatched to the region for the passengers lying on the overturned bus.
5 People Lost Their Lives
Five people on the bus died and 40 were injured. The injured, totaling 45 people in the vehicle, were transferred to various nearby hospitals after first aid at the scene.
Officials have not yet released detailed information about the injured parties' health status.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
