Turkish civil society organizations operating in the United States contribute to preserving ties with Turkey and transferring Turkish culture to new generations through the national holiday events they organize.
In this context, the Republic Day gathering to be held is particularly significant for Turkish children growing up in the United States to understand the meaning of the Republic and Atatürk's legacy.
