More than 122,000 Gatorade products recalled! Details in the bottles caused panic.

Across the country, more than 122,000 Gatorade products were recalled after artificial colorings not listed in the ingredients were detected.

Some products of the popular sports drink brand Gatorade have been recalled in the United States. According to a statement from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a total of 122,021 cartons of product are being recalled because they contain artificial colorants not listed on the label.

4 Different Products Recalled.

The recall, launched on September 25, includes 28-ounce Gatorade Lemon Lime, Gatorade Lemon Lime Zero, Gatorade Orange, and Gatorade Orange Zero products.

It was stated that the recalled products contain unlisted Yellow No. 5 and/or Yellow No. 6 colorants.

Sold in 37 States.

Products distributed to 37 states of the United States were affected by the recall. It was announced that the products were sold in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

The FDA is evaluating the recall in question."Class II"It is being evaluated in the 'Class II' category. This class covers situations where exposure to the product could result in temporary or medically reversible adverse health outcomes, or where the likelihood of serious health problems is low.
