There are a total of 20 serious allegations against 25‑year‑old Russo, who lives in Bartlett. Police said the accusations include the unauthorized and illegal distribution of images and the filming of a person's private areas.

Three Care Center Residents Captured on Video

South Barrington police said that on April 29, three people staying at a care center were recorded naked. According to officials, 73‑year‑old Bernard "Skip" Fisher was filmed naked on his bed, while the other two were captured on video while wearing only socks in the shower and bathroom.

Images Shared on Snapchat

Police alleged that Russo recorded the footage in question via Snapchat and later shared it in a group chat that included Encore employees. According to officials, two employees reported the incident to the facility manager in June after learning of the alleged videos.

Police Intervened After the Report

It was stated that the facility manager contacted the police after receiving the employees' report. Following the start of the investigation, footage related to the incident and the employees' allegations were taken under review.

Six Employees Were Terminated

The maintenance facility terminated the employment of six workers, including Russo, following the events. While the investigation into the incident continues, the charges against Russo will be considered in the judicial process.
