Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced that a person living in ABD has made a statement that they gave 4,6 million dollars to Haluk Levent, within the scope of the AHBAP investigation. Gürlek said that confessional statements and MASAK findings were also examined as part of the investigation.

Gürlek said that the investigation is looking into whether citizens' goodwill has been exploited for criminal activities, adding that the file contains MASAK findings, confessional statements, financial movements, and suspect testimonies.
Minister Gürlek reported that a person in the United States said that Haluk Levent had asked him for help.
According to that, Levent said that there is a charitable organization in Turkey and that he is a well‑known public figure, and requested support.
According to Gürlek's statement, the person gave 4 million 600 thousand dollars and a promissory note was issued for that amount.

Haluk Levent was portrayed as a trusted and popular figure in society, especially during the 2022-2023 period.
A person I spoke with earlier said that Haluk Levent had come to his clinic in America during those years.
He said that there is a charitable organization in Turkey, that the person is known to the public, and that he asked for help from him. That person replied, 'Okay, give us whatever is needed.' The amount in question is 4 million 600 thousand dollars. Even a promissory note was issued regarding this.
