A new era is beginning for the U.S.-based pizza chain Little Caesars in its Turkish operations. The Competition Authority has approved the transfer of the entity, isolated for the brand's activities in Turkey, and its tangible and intangible assets to Bake and Blend Gıda Ticaret AŞ, controlled by businessman Mehmet Dinçerler. The decision was published as part of the Authority's merger and acquisition decisions taken between 27 August and 3 September 2026.

Pizza Is Added to Dinçerler’s Brand Portfolio
Mehmet Dinçerler, who runs the Turkish operations of Gloria Jean’s Coffees and Magnolia Bakery, will also operate in the pizza sector with this takeover. Bake and Blend Gıda, controlled by the businessman known for his coffee and dessert brands, will acquire Little Caesars’ Turkish operations and related assets.
Little Caesars in Turkey Since 1996
Little Caesars, which operates worldwide, has been present in the Turkish market since 1996. Founded in the United States, the brand is known for its pizza restaurants and delivery services. The transaction approved by the Competition Authority will bring the brand’s Turkish operations under the control of a new company.
Eyes on Turkish Operations in the New Era
Following the transfer decision, Little Caesars is expected to continue its operations in Turkey under the umbrella of Bake and Blend Foods. However, there is no announced change regarding the number of stores, employees, pricing policy, or new branch investments within the scope of the transaction. The growth strategy the brand will pursue in its new management period will become clear in the coming period.
