Turkish company’s U.S. solar panel move: Will set up a company
Kalyon Solar Technologies has decided to establish a company in the United States to operate directly in the U.S. market and increase its overseas sales. A facility for producing solar panels and other solar products within the company is planned.

The board of directors of Kalyon Solar Technologies decided to establish a company in the United States at its meeting dated September 30, 2026.
According to the statement made to KAP, Kalyon Solar Technologies will participate in the company to be established.
Within the new company, a facility is planned to be set up that will manufacture solar products, primarily solar panels, in compliance with the domestic content requirements of U.S. regulations.
A sales and marketing network will be established.
The company also aims to set up a direct sales and marketing structure for the U.S. market.

Kalyon Solar Technologies signed a contract with a U.S.-based consulting firm for tax, legal, and investment advisory during the investment process. The company plans to take advantage of federal tax incentives as well as state and local economic development incentives.
According to the KAP statement, when the company's incorporation procedures are completed, the public will be informed separately.
