Customer satisfaction became a topic in America: "Both the product and the money were left"
Social media user Merve, who lives in the US, shared her shopping and return experience with Walmart with her followers. Merve said that the products she cancelled due to the wrong color were delivered to her home, and she described the solution offered by customer service.

On social media “itsmerveusaMerve, who posted under the username ”, described her shopping experience in the United States by filming a video.
Merve said she had ordered two boxes of products from Walmart for use on her balcony, but later realized she had chosen the wrong color and cancelled the order. She noted that, despite the order appearing cancelled in the app, the items arrived at her home shortly thereafter.
The Return Process Took Three Days
When she tried to return the items, Merve said she encountered an unexpected problem: only one return label was generated for the two boxes of products.
The social media user, who said the return process had become complicated, said that the delivery driver had visited his address for three days but had to leave because the entire shipment could not be received.
Merve, who said she reported the situation to customer service, stated that a different solution was offered to her.
“Let One Stay With You, We'll Refund the Cost”
According to Merve's account, customer service said that due to problems in the return process, one of the items could remain with her and its price would also be refunded.
Thus, Merve said that one of the items remained with her and its price had been refunded, noting that this was not her first unusual return experience in the United States.
“I Even Got a Refund for Stolen Items”
Merve said she had also received support from customer service regarding returns or reshipment of some items she had previously claimed were stolen.
The social media user who identified one of those items as a 3D printer cited her experiences as an example of customer satisfaction practices in ABD.
At the end of her post, Merve said that the way customer service in ABD approached consumer issues was striking to her.
